CIRCE Interbanking Charter of Governing SIT
Exchange Conditions
CIRCE is a compilation of the main provisions
pertaining to the operation of SIT, and governing the relations
between its users and GSIT.
With the exception of the GSIT Articles of
Association and Rules of Procedure, as well as any texts of a legal
or regulatory nature considered applicable under public order, the
content of the CIRCE prevails over any other past text or practice
applicable within GSIT.
This Charter, as well as all of the rights and
obligations of the SIT Participants, are governed by French law and
including, in application of article L. 330-1 of the Monetary and
Financial Code, in case of the launch of collective proceedings
against a Direct Participant.
CIRCE is distributed only to
SIT users, in the form of a fee-based
subscription for a period of two years, which includes the sending
of the original document and updates.
