Designates the Direct Participant's computer system which is directly linked to his stations.
A CTB contains two distinct logical entities: the CTE (Centre de Traitement Emetteur-Issuer's processing centre) and the CTR (Centre de Traitement Recepteur-Recipient's processing centre), which are connected to the installations.
